  • Delivery times are estimates. We aim to dispatch within 2-3 days after your order is confirmed.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • You have the right to cancel your order under UK consumer law within 14 days after receiving the Goods (“cooling off period”). You must inform us in writing.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags/packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method within a reasonable period after receiving the returned items.
  • Please note: original postage costs for returns will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • If Products are faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including reimbursement of return postage costs.
