Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Underwear are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are eligible for return unless marked final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@sundaygirlclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
