I haven’t received my confirmation email, and it’s been over 24 hours since I ordered. What now?
First, give your spam or junk folder a quick peek—it sometimes likes to play hide and seek! If it’s still MIA, just drop us a message and our lovely customer service team will sort it out for you. Your tracking number gets created once your order is packed and ready to hit the road.
My tracking number isn’t working—help!
No worries! Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for your tracking info to wake up and start working once the courier picks up your order. If it’s still being stubborn after that, reach out to us and we’ll get it sorted.
Important Shipping Notes
We don’t recommend sending your order to short-term or temporary addresses like hotels, hostels, or Airbnbs — these spots can be tricky for deliveries and might cause delays, mix-ups, or even returns. If you do decide to ship there, please note we can’t guarantee your parcel will arrive safely and won’t be responsible for lost packages.
