This statement is made by P S Collective Limited (the “Company”) in accordance with the requirements of Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”).
It outlines the steps taken by the Company during the financial year to prevent and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within any part of its operations or supply chains.
P S Collective Limited owns and operates Sunday Girl, a modern lifestyle and loungewear brand.

Our mission is to create high-quality, accessible essentials that feel as good as they look—while upholding a strong commitment to ethical practices and social responsibility across our operations.
Risks of Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery
We acknowledge that no industry or geography is exempt from the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking. P S Collective Limited recognises that the most significant risks associated with our business activities—particularly those involving Sunday Girl products—are likely to arise within our wider supply chain. These include risks linked to raw material sourcing, garment manufacturing, and factory labour practices.
Our Supply Chain
P S Collective Limited takes a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking of any form.
Our supply chain supports the production and distribution of Sunday Girl garments and includes manufacturers and material suppliers, primarily located in regions with elevated risk profiles. All suppliers are subject to strict due diligence protocols before engagement. These include:
- Completion of an initial supplier ethics and compliance questionnaire;
- Product sampling and quality checks;
- On-site factory and production site visits by Sunday Girl or third-party representatives;
- Commissioning independent third-party audits where necessary;
- Mandatory agreement to our Supplier Manual, which explicitly prohibits all forms of modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking;
- Mandatory acceptance of our Supplier Terms & Conditions, which include clauses enforcing our zero-tolerance policy on modern slavery.
We assess and monitor suppliers based on risk factors such as geography, industry type, labour intensity, and production capacity. An external sourcing consultant also advises us on ethical supply chain practices and performs supplier assessments.
Our ongoing monitoring includes:
- Regular review of product quality and ethical compliance;
- Tracking and evaluating customer feedback;
- Annual visits to key suppliers and their subcontractors;
- Exercising our contractual right to conduct audits via third-party compliance specialists.
We regularly review these procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure continual alignment with best practices.

Over the next 12 months, P S Collective Limited, through the Sunday Girl brand, is committed to strengthening its anti-modern slavery framework by:
- Delivering modern slavery and human rights training to all relevant staff
- Developing and implementing a formal Modern Slavery and Human Rights Policy
- Continuing to review and assess all elements of the supply chain for potential risk
- Enhancing supplier screening and audit practices as needed
